The reason as to why I love working at Bara Posten Bemanning is mainly because I feel appreciated and valued as an employee. My managers always make sure that I am satisfied and feel safe in my work environment. Other than that we also have a really good and frequent communication where we, in a short matter of time, have developed a good bond between each other.

It sounds cheesy but I don´t think there are any downsides of working at Bara Posten Bemanning. I have only loved it since I started working here about a year ago and I have nothing bad at all to say about the job or the company.

As an staffing emloyer do you work at different companies each day. So you can see a lot of places and do different kind of work depending on what each company ned help with. Tex normally is was staffing the reception, standing in bistro, or served coffe.

Some company don’t respect you since your an outsourced personal. And they can be rude to you an expect more then what you are payed for. (This is in rare cases)
