      The best company ever because i got superior at my back. My BM and OM teach me whenever i dont know some things. property management very stressful job but with their guides from superior will make less stress and do everything together.

      i cannot find any cons as nobody is perfect and you must try to be good even not perfect. human also got error thats y we need each other.

      -Less salary as compared to what them advertise -Don't have enough support for the external seminar and growing their staff knowledge except for the operation manager.. -No bonus -No annual increment -Too much toxic environment -Limitation in the staff bonding activity
