Disadvantages: -overlook skills/experience of community support worker to put them into facilities when you ask. They would rather hire new staff for facilities. No potential to grow/use your skills in more challenged area. -community support worker are paid minimum, not good as I have seen else where. -short shifts (2-4hrs)
