As always we appreciate and thank you for your feedback. SADA has a robust Onboarding Program set which regulates frequent check-ins between the new hire and the manager at the 30 day mark, the 60 day mark as well as the 90 day mark. In addition, we have half year “check in’s” on our goals between the manager and the employee as well as an Annual performance review at the end of each year. As part of onboarding, the new hire is also set up with meet and greets to ensure they meet with essential employees in order to help them in their roles. SADA’s turnover is actually very low, especially when compared with industry average (approximately 20% lower). This is something we are very proud of.

I am a high performer, was brought over to help build out a new part of the business only to find out most of the leaders don’t even work on a regular basis. Most people buying their time until Insight finally drops the big axe. Just about every detail of my offer and how the job was explained is a complete lie. I keep hearing about the once great legend of SADA, but it no longer exists.
