Staff are expected to fill the holes in resources without extra pay. Curriculum does not reflect industry practices, ultimately leading to sub-standard graduates. Experimental methods which emphasize blogs and self reflection, over practice, leaving students confused and frustrated. Almost minimum wage pay, with numerous HR issues regarding processing leave. No flexibility. A toxic culture that demands no less than your blood sweat and tears, but gives little in return.
