Disconnect between P/E and Business - Recensione dipendente - Operations Manager presso SAFEbuilt

No Job security. Layoffs happen frequently and suddenly usually during a time when numbers are down or when the P/E is trying to sell... which they have been doing for upwards of a half a decade. That is the disconnect. Managers care about the product, whereas P/E only care about the numbers. They have no interest in our products and never have. This is the why the company is having trouble expanding their services.
