SAG Infotech does not function like a professional IT company — it feels more like a one-man show. The workplace suffers from extreme micromanagement, making it hard for employees to focus or grow in their roles. The team lead and project manager, Mr. Deepak Rai, lacks technical expertise, which often leaves developers without proper direction. Moreover, the director constantly enters the development area every 1–2 hours, creating a highly stressful and toxic environment. They frequently hire freshers or juniors to work on their internal tool GenCodex, which is poorly built and lacks any meaningful learning opportunity. It’s frustrating to work on and adds little to one's career development. Another serious concern is that the workplace is not safe or comfortable for female employees. The environment lacks professionalism and basic respect, which is alarming in today’s corporate world. Overall, SAG Infotech is not a place where skilled professionals or freshers can expect to thrive — either technically or personally.
