This company has a very toxic and unhealthy work environment. There is a lot of dirty politics, especially by the Project Manager (Deepak Rai) and team leads (Bhawani and Puneet). They don't support learning or growth and just focus on blaming and pressuring employees. They lack proper technical knowledge and only create stress for the team. The working hours are extremely strict — from 9:30 AM to 8 PM, and still, they force you to do overtime. You’re not allowed to do anything except a 30-minute lunch break. You can’t even leave your seat for fresh air or personal needs. It feels more like a jail than a workplace. If anyone wants to resign, they demand 6 months' salary, which is completely unethical and creates fear among employees. Also, MD Amit Gupta visits the cabin every 2 hours and asks each person for updates, which breaks focus and reduces work quality. There’s constant pressure and micromanagement. This company is also not safe for female employees. Girls are not treated with respect, and HR doesn’t take complaints seriously. There is no work-life balance, no appreciation, and no career growth here. Final Advice: It’s better to drive a rickshaw than to work in such a suffocating and toxic place. Save your career, mental peace, and dignity – stay away!
