Advancing your education in terms of bootcamps or reimbursements for certificates, needed for my role or not, are confusing. I’ve talked with the SAIC benefits team several times and have done the necessary steps they asked me to do with any requests for bootcamps or certification reimbursements. I’m told that this is something Saic will do and I’m told it’s not what they do. I understand that maybe my aws cloud practitioner won’t be eligible for reimbursement. But, I thought at the very least my Security+ renewal fee would be eligible since it’s required for my job role. Being told two different things is very confusing. Also, I dislike the favoritism. Everyone should be treated the same throughout the good and bad. I may stay until after the holidays for the year are completed, but my plans are undetermined.
