Internal processes are rigid, complex and poorly documented. Poor on boarding and training mean that when you start, expectations are high, and you're on your own. Teams, territories, managers, etc. are always in flux. Don't plan on having lots of friends at work. Very competitive. Product quality can be an issue for future sales. Product support needs work. Products are expensive. You don't get paid on maintenance and services. Net-new product only. Many roles have heavy travel.
