Very interesting topics to work on (of course, this might depend on the team). Any released product can, and probably will, be used by many companies worldwide, having a real impact. Lots of learning opportunities (trainings, conferences, etc.). Smart and hard-working colleagues.

Relatively slow project-to-production timeline. Sometimes bureaucracy gets in the way of delivering good products in a timely manner. As a data scientist, there seems to be a general (in my opinion unjustified) feeling of not being "as good in cutting edge technology" as famous American or Chinese companies, which might impact morale.
