Pretty good benefits/compensation and some nice people.

Unfortunately, they have been slow to innovate and their marketing has been very poor so they are adding very few new customers. They are relying on a handful of big companies to keep the revenue coming in and even those companies are starting to look around. As a result, it's not a great place to work.
