I have been an employee for over 13 years @ SAS. I relocated in 2013 from Massachusetts to North Carolina because this is a great company to work for. I have had great opportunities in the company to continue my growth as an employee. Aside from the nice benefits (daycare, fitness center etc)=, SAS offers awesome training benefits by way of internal learning classes, Safari Online, Rosetta, and may other learning avenues. Recently they have instituted a reimbursement program for tuition (5 K annually). I have work for a number of companies in the past that do not come close to SAS' benefits.

There are always cons with companies. My only "con" is the companies size makes it impossible to really be a grounded part of the company as I was in much smaller companies.
