1. Saturday are officially working and management expects you to work on sunday 2. management has no insight in IT. They are non IT people managing IT so there are no innovations and no techno’s kill improvements for IT staff. 3. No flexibility innworking hours or wfh. Even in pandemic IT staff worked in full capacity from office . Life of employee were kept at stake and they were called in office 4. HR department does not have any authority. So management is free to take hasty decisions 5. Zero work life balance. People are asked to work on sundays with full authority even when there is no need. 6. Company does not have any future agenda for growth. Thy just work on numbers and treat you slave to serve them the numbers IT skills will get rusted if you work here!
