It's close to UCSB so it's a good job for students, and the work itself is pretty easy. You get retail experience as well as behind the scenes printing and graphic design experience.

Combined with the condescension from the manager and the lack of understanding about the advertisement and customer service lacks of the company, it made for an unpleasant working environment.
