      Thanks for sharing your comments. SC Johnson has a robust performance management process that includes an annual cycle of setting goals, frequent communications with managers to track progress, performance discussions against individual development plans, mid-year and end-year review against goals and more. Only job-related factors – such as job performance, training, experience or specialized skills that are required to properly perform the job – may be used as a basis for employment selection.

      You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

      Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
