The current CEO came to an organization with a lot of sweet-talk and hyped up jargon that made him sound like a great leader. Quickly, leadership were replaced with FOSs (the term other leadership used as code for “Friends of Sachin”, the CEO). He has clearly made his way by being too boisterous and narcissistic to stop. Most people seem to be afraid to tell him that he’s the emperor with no clothes, and anybody who does ends up pushed out of projects, bullied into submission, or pushed into ridiculous “new” job titles that are warnings to leave until they’re ultimately laid off. In another review, they put a response saying how talented and skilled leadership are, if so, why the constant shuffling and censorship and bullying?

It’s stressful to handle grievances and appeals. You must have the stamina if you want this kind of job.

The location is decent enough, and the commute did not make things worse than they already were.

- There is a very clear in group culture in the office, and if you are not included from day one, you are immediately at a disadvantage. - People stick to the same lunch groups every day with the same conversations, and if you are outside of that circle, you are simply left observing. - Getting basic work answers can become unnecessarily difficult because information tends to circulate only within informal groups that are never openly shared. - Effort and performance do not seem to matter much compared to social placement within the office hierarchy, which appears to be decided almost immediately during onboarding. - Management acts as if none of this exists, even though it is felt constantly by anyone outside those circles.
