Schott has some of the best glass minds in the world. Engineering is second to none.

The same can't be said for the sales side of the business. This is for two reasons. Firstly, because sales are driven by engineering, not the other way around. Secondly, some sales managers have absolutely no clue how to properly interact with their employees.
