- Extreme transparency and openness about the business and how it functions. - 10/10 work-life balance. - Unlimited PTO (yes it actually gets approved unless you don't get your work done or slack) - No business laugh and talk about the weather. Everyone is real here and cares about how you are doing. - Coffee is solid. None of that acidic or plastic stuff. - Dogs are allowed. My first week here i was greeted by a dog. That was new and exciting. lol

- I basically hit the ground running. That meant little introduction to the formal process. Im coming along now. But it was odd to not have a company workflow to follow and follow my own for a bit.

The Design, Content and Account Team are some of the best people I have ever worked with. The COO is probably one of the coolest people I have ever met and I am proud to call him a friend. I do miss most of my former teammates but happily we are all still friends.

The itch to just barf profanities and obscenities along with insults and jabs is almost unbearable, but honestly that would not be fair. Yes the environment there (or at least when I was there), was far less sunshine and rainbows than the far too utopian to be true outlook of the anonymous reviewer, but there were glimpses of what could be considered great potential. As with any growing agency there will be hiccups, but this one has cancer. A toxic mixture of bullying and downright lack of caring sometimes. However the few redeeming qualities are very strong, the designers are some of the funniest and loyal people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Unfortunately their talents are squandered for the most part due to lack of planning and ridiculous timelines. The work that is done there is for some of the largest businesses in the world, you would think that more than a 5 minute conversation would take place with the person who is supposed to bring the client's project to life. Sadly usually this isn't the case.
