Horrible experience. People are fake and cliquey. Entire company acts as if it’s a huge agency but are stuck in small agency mentality, processes, and overall growth, severely stunting any potential. Management doesn’t communicate properly and works in silos, acting as if they want to hear ideas but never act on them. Finally, Work life balance is minimal but they speak to putting “family first” when clearly this isn’t the issue and pay for the hours asked to work is ridiculous.
