I enjoy the flexibility of the job.

We get paid twice a month versus every two weeks.

Pros- fast paces, ability to be creative, people are nice.

Many things were put together at the last minute and you felt rushed often. Higher ups would not allow for creativity and stifled innovation in marketing.
