      CEO is a very smart individual, but unfortunately is emotionally stunted and poisons the work environment atmosphere with hostility and bullying.

Feedback should not include malicious personal attacks that are offensive, false, defamatory and libelous.       There are many great things about this company from the technology, to the customers to the commitment by the staff to create innovative solutions. What I truly appreciate is the emphasis on creating more than just a place to work, but an innovative community where new thoughts and ideas are encouraged and respected. The leadership team, and especially Danny Rajan the CEO, works hard to create an open environment of communication and respect at all levels of the organization. What I particularly like about Danny is his willingness to foster new ways of thinking. It's a great place to work, and its growing.
