Montreal office has good relationships within Quebec business community and develops business on this basis (not on quality of ideas and IP). Priced well below Big 3 per diems. Much better fit withn a KPMG.

No attention to intellectual capital, under-resourced on both industrial and functional expertisr basis. Some good talent at the analyst and associate level, and selected partners. Odd that fresh MBAs are designated as sr. associates. High turnover of consulting staff. Ethical short-coming (promising one public sector client it would have lowest pricing, and then giving another client better pricing).
