My experience at this company was very disappointing and felt like a waste of time. It operates more like a family business than a professional organization. Department heads lack proper management skills and fail to create a healthy work culture. The workplace is dominated by gossip and office politics, which unfortunately are tolerated and even encouraged by management. There is no fairness in career development or promotions, opportunities are given mainly to family members and close friends of the management, rather than based on merit or performance or for real experienced employees. The company also struggles with a lack of projects and unstable business operations, which has resulted in large layoffs and uncertainty for employees. The HR function is particularly weak, with unprofessional practices and team members, low standards, and poorly designed policies that do not support employees’ growth or well-being. Overall, the environment is toxic, unstable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional and respectful workplace.
