Learned a lot while interning there. The team is very friendly

The only con is the location. The town is small and there is not much to do

Work was constant and challenging. Everyone there was a pleasure to work with and management treated the employees incredibly well. I have never been at a job where I had seen zero conflict with anybody and everybody. Open schedule and work from home was allowed.

The company is short sighted in business decisions. there were plenty of opportunities where the company could capitalize on the products being developed. The Board instead kept putting all of their eggs in one basket. This is a major fault and could cause the end of this company
