We take all feedback we receive seriously and we are sorry you feel this way. Due to Covid we, like many others, have had to make some very tough decisions and I am sorry we could not continue working with you. We are proud of our record client retention rate and our continued dedication to only putting people forward that truly fit a role and an organisational culture. We have also had our most rewarding year in terms of engaging with our own employees. We received the widest recognition and accolades, being listed 16th in the entire UK for Best Small Companies to Work For, 5th Best Company of any size to work for in the Midlands and receiving a national award for Learning and Development of our team. All awards that are led directly from feedback and surveys by our own employees and real evidence of initiatives put in place, after two years of continuous business improvements. We have made changes across the board to better the lives of our team members - with personal wellbeing and flexibility being a key part of that. We appreciate that an individual can come through all of the recent economic disruption with different feelings than the wider business however. In these tricky times of work it is even more important to factor in your comments however, to make sure that how we understand feelings within our business to be, are actually how they are.
