      sometimes it can be challenging to deal with other colleagues but its still okay when you can go and reach out to higher management and they can make sure that the other trainer or who ever is your leader is cooperating. always speaking up works

      Plenty of work, decent benefits

      Management can get in the way of things and their is also constant shifting. Also, management has to unfortunately wear a lot of hats which gets in the way of adequate training for new hires and can sometimes lead to issues.
