I've had a great experience working at SHADOW. One of the standout perks is the flexibility—working from home most of the time is a huge benefit, especially since many other agencies don’t offer this level of remote work and I really do think it helps with the usual agency turnover. There is a clear and transparent performance review structure, making it easy to understand the promotion schedule and expectations at each job level. For those who enjoy team-building, there are always events and initiatives to participate in, but there's no pressure to do so. The benefits are also a major plus—unlimited sick days, designated mental health days, and extended time off for summer holidays create a supportive and balanced work environment. Summer Fridays are truly respected, which makes a big difference in overall work-life balance. Overall, this is a great place to grow, with leadership that values both professional development and employee well-being.

They offered some mental health days. It was an essential benefit as I was always stressed in this job and welcomed the relief.

The work is ridiculously brutal and exhausting. Employee burnout is more common than you think. That's why the employee turnover is at an all-time high. The leadership is cruel. They never even try to stop an employee from leaving. It's unethical.
