Most of the team leaders (TLs) are far too inexperienced and young to be effective TLs. How on earth were they hired to be in these positions is a question that is often asked by workers and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason. Good looks appear to be one of the requirements, which makes absolutely no sense at all. Most all seem to be blonde women and they have surrounded themselves with a "clubby" mentality. It's not a cosmetics company! This creates a great deal of stress amongst the workers who actually do know what they are doing and they can prove it. When the floor workers know more than the Team Leads acrimony creeps in and a great deal of resentment persists.
