Vantaggi
The company is generally a good place to work. The benefits are decent, and the environment is good overall. What I appreciate is that we are hired as skilled professionals, so there is a level of trust that we can handle our roles effectively. We’re expected to take the lead, set our own processes, and maintain good standards, which is great if you’re confident and capable in your job.
Svantaggi
The benefits are alright, but of course, if you compare them to SIA, theirs are better. One issue I’ve observed is with certain personalities in the workplace. Just a heads-up about Choon Choong Yong from the CSD department. He tends to comment a lot on things that don’t really involve him. He comes off as quite bossy and often acts like whatever he says is always correct, which can be difficult to deal with when you're just trying to focus on your own work. Unfortunately, you might also come across similar behavior from a few older or senior staff members in other departments. These are usually people who’ve been in the company a long time and feel like they can interfere in everything.
