Stressful Fullstack Role with Low Pay - Recensione dipendente - Fullstack Developer presso SIDESTREAM

Sidestream was my first job & I've started working there as an PM intern. Already in my first few weeks they gave me the opportunity to have lots of responsibility and work on my own. It has been a great time & I've learned a lot throughout the 3,5 years I am in now! The team itself is superb, great values, super communicative and always helping each other out.

Working as a pm means responsibility of leading a team and its projects. Therefore the role itself comes with stressful days and debates with stakeholders involved. I'd not say that this is due to the environment at Sidestream, but rather a role-specific con.

Good place to work, to make use of the newest technology in a fast environment and where your ideas and thoughts will have an impact in a lot of aspects, doesnt matter the experience. Plus the ability to fully work remotely gives a certain amount of freedom and trust.

As everyone can work remotely its sometimes hard to get to know your co-workers, but sidestream tries to counter this with offline events.
