      Unlike other research agencies, they expect analysts to become technically competent programmers. This can be challenging, but the training and support are there.

The people are really at the core of SKIM, so it is great to hear that you also seem to have experienced this (both when it comes to personal development, as well as to complimentary snacks ;-)).
