Horrible is an understatement. I worked for their KPO. Utterly unprofessional and full of bad politics. They make you switch off your phones and switch them on only during 2 fixed coffee breaks and lunch break! Seriously! Are you kidding me! People don't change companies they change managers and mine was unprofessional to the highest degree. Top management including some partners absolutely have no vision. They behave so unprofessionally like they are in some college. And managers would treat you no better than slaves! Give me a break!
