      Very hyping; there is a requirement to attend to two 1.5 hour meetings per week; its most Tony Robbins pep talks. Everyone goes around telling everyone else how much they love life and SLD. Nothing productive can occur in those meetings. Every single meeting is exactly like every other meeting. It almost has a cult like feel. I don’t think anyone is make any money at this with the way exception of the owners. Every time you turn around someone is hitting you up for more money. Stay clear of this place.

      SLD has a great culture and value system. The CEOs and leadership team are very supportive and caring of both clients and members of the team. Personal and professional integrity is build into the culture of the company and training is second to none.

      Too much RA RA, not enough substance. Felt like I was at Amway or Prepaid legal meeting, same people always talking at every meeting, saying the same thing each time. Always talking about recruiting and trainer seem to not have clue on how to manage a team. No real training structure. I never heard them promote anyone of the agent's successes or closing business since I started at the start 2025.
