Yes, all these are only in terms of money. They have transformed themselves by firing talented people and hiring only freshers. They tried disrupting by having one consultant from manufacturing consultant to evaluate but failed. This disruption project was to get technical people like labors in big trucks every morning, pay them daily wage and send them home in the evening. Every morning, they would get new people to work on jobs. whoever takes less hourly pay would be entertained. They tried to follow the house construction model but didn't succeed. But they are constantly trying. If you want to be one of those labors, go for this job. COO talks about strategies where he himself doesn't know what technologies are leading in the industry.
