Not good place for laterals. Company is run by 12 old timers - the "Main SLK" mgmt. Everyone else who joins treated like a disposable "resource". Laterals have a very bad time - if you have no godfather. Bosses ready to throw the guys under the bus without second thought if there is a heated discussion with the client. Overall here is the picture.... - There is a old timers group of SLK - about 12 Sr mgmt and about 25 Techies - who were were around since SLK started... - Main aim of SLK is for these people to be in job , happy , making profit, getting promoted. - Any new person ... may or may not make it ..... - Any new person - recruited to help these people achieve targets. As soon as target met - you are ready to get out :) - Shocking lack of processes - company run like Dhaba....
