They make you to sign agreements of 5 years while leaving. Be ready to expect FNF taking ages. Some people even had delays in getting background verification completed from their new companies Solution architects, enterprise architects are a joke here. They are only good in speaking and really dont value your technical expertise. The company is left with very few people who are technically sound instead of only talking.
