      People are treated fairly well. Working long hours are discouraged. Company appreciation day. Atlanta office has friendly people. 8% matching 401k. No traffic issues with commute due to location in Peachtree City (main office)

      Svantaggi

      No flex time. 745am-430pm set work schedule with 45 minute lunch. Lots of strange rules (no headphones with music, don't close the blinds, etc). No vacation the first year and then only 10 days after + 3 sick days the first several years. Expensive health insurance. A lot of folks who have been here decades or more and old ways/mentalities. Resistance from Louisville staff/upper management to process improvements and change. Lower pay than the rest of Atlanta metro.

      Thank you for taking the time to review SMC³. SMC³ has taken feedback like this review and used it to help make us a better employer of choice. We are excited to say that we now have flex time, we now allow headphones, and we have reworked our entire vacation and sick time policies.

      Great benefits, stellar staff, competitive pay, beautiful facilities, remote work/hybrid, great technology, tons of employee perks

      You have to be disciplined - the pace and demands can overwhelm you. Not for the faint of heart or lazy. Some oddly strict policies from legacy leaders and mindsets that haven't relaxed (dress codes, butt in seat time, etc.)
