Absolutely non. Terrible company to work for

My line manager is an idiot who never picks up the phone, never brings chemicals or any training. I've worked here for 6 months and I've not seen my manager or anyone else since my interview! Pay is absolutely disgusting and degrading. The client I work for is seriously unhappy with SMC for never sending cover or communicating with them. They also didn't even bother to give me a reference for let alliance so I ended up homeless because they couldn't be bothered to open an email. Honestly disgusting company.
