Nothing client is flexible work life balance

Company is nothing good. No proper office setup. Fixed timing's in office. No celebration, its contract jobs as soon as client say no. U will be put in notice period

Nothing good about it process

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this company (SMC2/DigiKeys). After successfully clearing four rounds of interviews, they asked me to submit all personal and professional documents including previous offer letters, payslips, relieving letters, and educational certificates. They also discussed and finalized salary details and even pressured me to negotiate an early release from my current employer to join them sooner. However, after collecting everything and giving me the impression that an offer was confirmed, they suddenly backed out, citing “internal developments.” This not only wasted my time but also caused me a financial loss, as I had already made employment-related decisions based on their assurances. Such behavior reflects a highly unprofessional hiring process, lack of respect for candidates’ time and efforts, and very poor HR practices. I would strongly advise job seekers to be cautious before engaging with them.
