Very upbeat team, helpful and very passionate. Give staff plenty of training and advise, some of the reviews left by former employees are baseless and totally untrue. We all know your not gonna lose your job if your doing it correctly and to the best of your ability.

None so far... maybe recruiting like minded individuals rather than the typical rep who can maintain accounts but can't sell. Stay clear of Ex Philip Morris trash
