Vantaggi
Firstly, Every employee does not like his/her own employer which is a known fact, but in this case, for me, it's quite opposite :) But I don't mean everything is good. - Better for fresher will get exposure if you are worthy enough - Smart Casuals & flexible working hours(not in particular) - Less Hierarchy - Believe me, if you are worthy enough, there is a chance of very high margin of hike in salary (make sure you negotiate well) - Better growth due to self-learning & fewer members in employe size. - If you really want to get into this company, try with reference, there is more chance of getting offer letter without an interview (with less salary of course). - Company outing yearly once - Very good in career growth due to emerging IBM technologies (But don't expect real-time knowledge it is limited to POCs)
Svantaggi
All these cons are from my perspective and my intention is not to showcase company down. - Salaries not in time, it may delay 25days sometimes - Very limited work, no projects in hand. One project is feeding all the members. - Management will be in US, handling remotely which causes a lot of miscommunications and delay in things happening. - Very poor HR management - Hike - Employe need to request for a hike(follow up every time) they won't give hike until we request. - No payslips, we need to request if we required. - Getting loans while working with SoftPath is little difficult. - A huge volume of dump reference candidates. - Do not completely believe management, there are times where people get a lot of false commitments to attract and screw their career. - Politics is very common in small companies but we see a lot here. - Don't expect form-16 on time, expect it before 2-3days before IT filling. - Freshers need to handle a lot of pressure if we are in only one project. - Yes, In competitive cities like Hyderabad, salaries for fresher is less but here it is out of box(4000 PM) - Delay in full and final settlement after exiting company
