Upper management is completely disconnected from employees (and reality). Middle management often micro-manage and treat people like disposable robots. No appreciation to employees or effort. Overall the company has a terrible culture. They squeeze people and expect the person to be always available for peanuts. No appreciation, no advancement, nothing. Don’t waste your time and skills on this place.
