*Boss exploit you as much as he / she can and salary is too low.
*Never cares about the employee and all they care is only money.
*No employee benefits and the contract is fully in favour to the company.
*7 annual leaves - am not sure if this is still in practice. ( they wont tell you until you sign the contract with them).
*No Annual bonus or increment.
*No HR policies ( everything is managed by boss and boss lady).
*Worst management with lots of politics and if you have a choice, please do not work for them.
*No proper work process - Huge communication gap between management and employees.
* so many good employees resign within 3-6 months and company will deduct 2 months salary and will ask for 2 months notice period.
*they will say will review the salary on annual basis, but it will never happen.
