dishonest and discriminatory - Recensione dipendente - Maintenance Technician presso SPM Property Management

After being offered a job HR department rescind the offer because of a speeding ticket that was over 5 yrs old. What does that have to do with anything? They claimed that I was dishonest on the application when it asked if I have had any problems with my license. So what is the problem here? I think what happened is that they gave the job to someone they knew and used the speeding ticket as an excuse. Glad I was never hired because I do not work for drama queens or employers who are dishonest
