No salary increment even if you work hard. Critical criterias about work. Unstable client requirements and no definately structured working process. They want less people to work, but want much more output from them. No Indian holidays, sometimes they adjust them, but again you need to refill the day's work. No Saturday off at all. They might promise you while joining the company, but with a clause of workload and client requirements which is pathetic.
