Monday-Friday, 8-5. Good work-life balance. Great start out pay for a person just out of college. Friendly coworkers/managers for the most part (every work place has a few bad seeds). Good benefits package with health and 401k. No micromangagement.

Svantaggi

Not a lot of room for growth unless you're an engineer. Work load can be intense. There was some bullying going on in the office that wasn't taken care of - manages took a very hands off approach to drama.
