Management likes to micro-manage. They cannot prioritise but want everything done at the same time. Management can not plan a project effectively nor can they seem to make a decision and when they finally do, some decisions made are baffling. Everything moves very slowly. Not a terrible place to work but not exciting. There's not much chance of progression. Wages are poor.
