      great atmosphere, encouraging team work, newer building and equipment. Staff get along well and work well with eachother

      RN pay is not comparable with other institutions or level of education. BSN is paid the same as RN. MSN is paid the same as RN and BSN. Newer employees are offered a higher starting wage than those who have been with the company for several years.
