Questionable Ethics in QC Department - Recensione dipendente - Quality Control Analyst presso STAAR Surgical

- Lack of accountability - Improper training - Discrimination - Extremely high turn over (Saw 4 people who were with the company for a while quit in a span of 3 months) - Disingenuous during interview process - It does not matter how you do the test as long as the results are going to help release product. I do not recommend working here if you are new to the industry there are terrible practices that you do not want to build your foundational skills from. HR did not offer to do an exit interview and handled my resignation unprofessionally. You could be reported to HR a dozen times and still keep your job. Overall, the QC department treats employees poorly with little to no support.
